About Grancen
Grancen is a precision manufacturing brand specializing in CNC machining, carbon fiber and composite manufacturing, cold heading and fastener production, sheet metal fabrication, and precision casting. Our manufacturing heritage dates back to 2005, giving us nearly two decades of hands-on experience in producing tight-tolerance metal and composite components for global customers.
We operate three manufacturing locations: our 15,000 m² headquarters facility in Suining, Sichuan, China; a 3,000 m² CNC turning and milling facility in Iskandar Puteri, Johor, Malaysia (established as a service platform in 2025, with equipment deployed in February 2026); and a manufacturing and business reception base in Singapore. This multi-site footprint enables us to offer regional supply chain flexibility and faster delivery to customers across Southeast Asia and beyond.
Our China facility houses 53 CNC machines — including 3 five-axis, 4 four-axis, and 31 CNC lathes — supported by 5 hot presses and 1 autoclave for carbon fiber and composite production. We also maintain dedicated workshops for cold heading, sheet metal, and precision casting. Our inspection equipment includes 2D/3D measurement systems, blue-light scanners, hardness testers, tensile machines, salt spray testers, and precision measuring instruments sourced from Switzerland, Germany, the United States, and Japan.
With a team of 50–100 people, including 4 engineers and 4 dedicated QC personnel, we serve distributors and customers in over 40 countries across industries such as automotive fasteners and mobility components, industrial machinery, automation and robotics, electronics and communications, drone components, sports and outdoor composite products, and pumps, valves, energy and solar hardware.

Manufacturing capability 01
The CNC machining workshop is equipped with dozens of various machine tools such as 3/4/5 axis milling machines, carving and milling machines, and 3/5 axis machining centers. It can perform various processes such as milling, turning, turning and milling composite, wire cutting, and rounding. Advanced turning and milling composite processing technology can complete turning, milling, drilling, boring, tapping, carving, etc. at the same time, improving processing accuracy and efficiency.

Manufacturing capability 02
The cold heading workshop is equipped with various equipment such as cold heading machines, tooth rolling machines, thread rolling machines, tapping machines, slotting machines, etc. The designed production capacity of cold heading blanks can reach 8 million nuts, 9 million bolts, and 18 million single molds per month. The annual comprehensive production capacity can reach 420 million pieces, and it also has supporting mold design and other cold heading processing capabilities.

Manufacturing capability 03
The sheet metal workshop is equipped with various equipment such as laser cutting machines, bending machines, stamping machines, welding machines, riveting machines, etc. It can process thin metal sheets, including bending, shearing, stamping, welding, riveting, splicing and other processes.

Manufacturing capability 04
The precision casting workshop is equipped with equipment such as wax injection machine, shell making machine, dewaxing machine, melting machine, shot blasting machine, polishing machine, etc., specializing in cast iron, aluminum, steel and other castings. The annual production capacity of castings can reach 10000 tons. And we have our own mold room, which can customize various types of molds separately.

Quality control
Our QC team plans measurement and testing around the drawing, material, critical features and agreed reporting scope.
2D/3D measurement systems, project measurement equipment, blue-light scanning, vernier calipers and outside micrometers.
Tensile and hardness testing resources for project-specific verification requirements.
Coating-thickness measurement and visual inspection for specified surface requirements.
Salt-spray testing is available when it forms part of the agreed inspection plan.
The inspection method, sampling plan and report format are confirmed during project review.
Grancen coordinates manufacturing resources in China and Malaysia, with service support for Southeast Asian delivery. The production and delivery route is confirmed for each project.
CNC machining, composite forming, cold heading, sheet metal fabrication and precision casting can be reviewed as one drawing-based manufacturing program.
Current supplied documents support ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 within their stated scopes. Inspection resources are matched to the agreed drawing and reporting needs.
RFQ inputs are reviewed for process route, material, critical features, finishing and inspection requirements before production planning begins.

Verified management systems
Current supplied certificates support the following management systems within their stated scopes. Certificate images are provided below for transparent review.
